First Day Success

Wow, purchased Sensa this morning and used it throughout the day on my food.  4-5 bites of everything and I was stuffed.

The 2 pounds of water weight I usually gain during the day didn't materialize this evening; a major accomplishment in my opinion.

If this keeps up I will be ahead of schedule with my 10 pound weight loss by September and I think it may be even more than that and I will look gorgeous at my 45th reunion.

Day One

Today is July 18, 2012 and I purchased at GNC a package of Sensa which includes Sensa chews (which are to help make you feel full), Sensa drink packages (which give you energy and also assist with feeling full) and two months of Sensa tastants (salty/sweet.).

I got a good review of this product from my cousin which is what made me decide to purchase it.  I have been looking at this product since it first came out and read loads of reviews, some positive, some negative, some in the middle road.

I am at 160.5 this morning and between now and September 18 when I go back to my 45th high school reunion I hope to be at least 150, which is conservative.  The weight chart I looked at this morning says for my height I "should" weigh 132 which is the weight I started out at 34 years ago when I got pregnant.

I keep getting this gut feeling that 132 would make me look sick so I am aiming to 140-145.

Happy about the decision to get this product and we will see.
